It is now available, combined with various value added services, for use on Win7, Win8.1 and Win10 devices. The Hearing Health Screening Software normally is enabled on a Window touch screen device. In addition to providing the services we can facilitate the acquisition of the hardware, see Setup Service below. The software is typically configured in one of three ways click here.

The Software enables users to test themselves, using a friendly touch screen. Its assessment and reporting protocols employ a cloud based database with an interactive backend portal. A full battery of customer support is available for single applications as well as a fully integrated networks of systems. When placed in trusted locations such as doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and other high traffic areas, each system applies a triage approach to those tested by indicating standard audio classification that the results fall into normal, conductive or sensorineural. These classifications are generated by using an advanced artificial intelligence methodology which takes account of both hearing pattern and level. Recommendations and call for actions are then made, about what next steps. A comprehensive range of educational materials about hearing and hearing loss are also provided.
